My name is Xenya Coello, and Xenya's LLC Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services & Junk Removal is my business.

I started in 2022, cleaning houses here in Central Arkansas. The junk removal came later, and it came for a very practical reason: on nearly every move-out and tenant turnover there was a couch, a refrigerator or a roll of old carpet that had to come out before anything could be cleaned, and my customers were having to find somebody else for that. Now we do both.

We work in houses, apartments, condos, duplexes and mobile homes, and in offices, commercial buildings, apartment complexes and senior living communities. Recurring cleaning — weekly, every other week, monthly — and the big one-offs: deep cleans, move-outs, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction cleaning, and full cleanouts of garages, sheds and whole properties.

We're open Monday through Saturday, 7 in the morning to 10 at night. That is not a decorative schedule: Airbnb and apartment turnovers happen between a checkout and a check-in, often early or late, and that is exactly when almost nobody answers the phone.

We also take the jobs other people would rather not — estate cleanouts, hoarding, eviction clearances. Those are hard days for the people involved and they are rarely just about the stuff. We work at your pace, set aside anything you want to keep, and we don't comment on what we find.

Most of this business grew by word of mouth, which is why the 10% discount goes to the person doing the recommending rather than to the new customer.
